DCON or District Education and Leadership Conference is a 4-day event full of leadership, education, service, and connection between more than 1,000 Key Clubbers from across the Florida District.

The 88th Annual DCON will be held at the Ocean Center Convention Center in Daytona Beach, FL, taking place from Thursday, April 16th, to Sunday, April 19th.

Lodging for DCON will be at the Hilton Daytona Beach Oceanfront Resort. This year’s DCON theme is…Cirque Du Service! This is a fun-filled, service minded event that will be the thrill of a lifetime and a journey to remember!

What do students experience at DCON? 

We attend workshops for 2 hours each day like “How to Run A Big Club” presented by Mrs. Peschio and Mrs. Mock. and “Awards & Scholarships”. These are super helpful and informative!

Additionally, we win competitive club and individual awards that we apply for. We also have the opportunity to apply and win big scholarships! A good amount of these are very rigorous!

We also largely network and socialize with other clubs all across the state and world! These unforgettable bonds change our life. Learning to network now is very important for our business literacy.
