The Dr. Kevin G. Perry Scholarship supports academic leadership growth through graduate coursework, advanced degrees, or leadership certification for Teacher Leader Academy graduates.
The Dr. Kevin G. Perry Lead Where You Are Scholarship, created to honor the extraordinary leadership, service, and lasting impact of Dr. Kevin G. Perry on St. Lucie Public Schools and the educational community.
Announced during the October 13, 2026, St. Lucie County School Board meeting, this scholarship celebrates Dr. Perry's belief that leadership is not defined by position, but by purpose, service, and the commitment to improve opportunities for students and educators.
The scholarship will provide funding opportunities for graduates of the St. Lucie Public Schools Teacher Leader Academy, empowering teacher leaders to continue their professional growth, pursue advanced leadership development, or implement innovative school improvement initiatives that strengthen teaching and learning.
