Website Technologies Addendum (effective September 3, 2026)

Information you give us
- Email newsletter. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect the email address you provide.
- Donations. If you make a gift, your donation is handled by a third-party payment processor. We receive details such as your name, contact information, and gift amount, but we do not collect or store your full payment-card number — that goes directly to the processor.
- Messages. If you email or call us, we receive whatever information you choose to share.
- Forms. When you send a message through the contact form (on our Contact page) or submit any other form on this site — a nomination, a registration, a sponsorship or ticket order — we collect the information you enter. It is stored in the Foundation's website database, shown to the staff who handle it, and may be emailed to them. Orders that involve a payment are completed with our payment processor as described under Donations. Forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which evaluates your browser session to tell people from automated traffic and does not set cookies on this site.
Information collected automatically
Our website hosting provider may record standard technical information — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you visit — in server logs used to keep the site secure and running. The site also uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage; our Cookie & Analytics Notice describes what it collects and how to opt out. We do not use advertising cookies, and this website has no shopping cart.
The map on our Contact page is provided by Google Maps. When it loads, Google may receive standard technical information (such as your IP address) and set its own cookies; the Cookie & Analytics Notice describes this too.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate — our website host, database provider, email service, payment processor, and the providers of the form protection and the embedded map — and only to the extent needed, or with authorities when required by law. Donor information is also covered by our Donor Privacy Policy.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described or as required by law. The entire site is served over HTTPS. No method of transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
