Through Working Together for Success, the Foundation funds creative classroom programs the school budget doesn't cover. The Foundation awarded $232,000 in teacher grants in 2025-2026.

Working Together for Success grants fund creative classroom programs not covered by the school budget, focused on literacy, STEM, career and technical education, and teacher development. The Foundation awarded $232,000 in teacher grants in 2025-2026.
The 2026 grant application is OPEN. SLPS Employees can complete the application at <https://slpsgrants.awardspring.com>. The deadline to apply for a 2026 Teachers First grant is September 30, 2026.
Classroom grants are funded up to $1,000 and school wide grants are funded up to $2,500.
