Science & Engineering Fair

Science and Engineering Fair and STEAM Competition

On Friday, February 8, 2019, the 31st  Annual St Lucie County Regional Science and Engineering Fair, STEM Competition, will be held at the Kight Center on Fort Pierce Campus of Indian River State College.  We are anticipating 49 schools to participate, with grades K-12 sending approximately 400 display boards.

The Science & Engineering Fair provides an opportunity to showcase our brilliant young scientists and engineers, encouraging scientific discovery and innovation in our youth. In St Lucie County, science is an integral part of our local community, culture and way of life. All schools, public, religious, charter and private are welcome and encouraged to participate. Our Science and Engineering Fair, STEM Competition, is an import public display of the relationship between the school district and the local scientific and business community and directly aligns with our community’s mission of encouraging the growth in the fields of science, engineering, technology, and mathematics.
