District Education and Leadership Conference (DCON) is a 4-day event full of leadership, education, service, and connection between more than 1,000 Key Clubbers from across the Florida District.
The 88th Annual DCON will be held at the Ocean Center Convention Center in Daytona Beach, FL, taking place from Thursday, April 16th, to Sunday, April 19th.
This year’s DCON theme is… Cirque Du Service! This is a fun-filled, service-minded event that will be the thrill of a lifetime and a journey to remember!
DCON (District Education & Leadership Conference) is an annual statewide event that brings together more than 1,000 Key Club members from across Florida for four days of learning, service, and connection.
The conference includes:
- Leadership and service workshops
- Training on how to run effective clubs
- Motivational speakers and general sessions
- Opportunities to apply for scholarships and awards
- Networking with student leaders from across the state
